Our embed programme works with teams who have gone through a significant amount of change and are now expected to perform in a new way, possibly with new members in different roles.

The experience gives individuals space and time to get off their chest anything that might be stopping them from moving forward. Embed helps them understand how the world is different now and what should be expected of them going forward.

Special exercises and 1:1 confidential conversations are included to help move people through the change process whilst building trust with their new team.

This experience helped members of the team who were stuck in the change cycle, following the restructure, move forward much quicker.
