Every great team will experience a period of conflict and disagreement. Sometimes this naturally resolves. At other times an intervention is needed so that it doesn't impact long term performance and engagement. 

We work from board level to front line teams. We create space that allows people to bring the problems to the surface and deal with them without fear of retribution. We then spend time building back the trust that is needed for any team to operate successfully. Individuals will re-contract with each other and set the 'rules' themselves for how they should behave going forward.
