As well as being the founder of 3Minds Samantha Tomkinson is a psychologist, yogi, business consultant and avid adventurer. When not coaching or facilitating you can find her somewhere in or around the water, playing music or immersing herself in nature with her beloved border collie Kynsa.
She started her career as a specialist in leadership behaviour, assessing, researching and developing leaders in different countries and organisations. She soon developed a passion for helping people develop emotional intelligence seeing this as not just a fundamental leadership characteristic but life skill for us all. It amazed her how very little we know about our mind and emotions and just how impactful this knowledge is for life success.
She is passionate about wellbeing, conflict resolution and relationship management, building self awareness, confidence and authenticity.
She has worked in psychology for 15 years and also holds qualifications in NLP (neuro linguistic programming), business, somatics, yoga and meditation. She combines all her skills to create impactful learning environments for people through workshops, retreats and coaching.

Brittany Bruder is a yogi, traveler, surfer, athlete, writer and life long student. After running a tech startup and trying to change the world through the residential solar industry, she left the 9-5 career path disenchanted and in search of a more fulfilling lifestyle. Since leaving the standard career she has completed 600 hours of Vinyasa yoga trainings and assisted 2 teacher trainings, traveled and taught all over the world. A one time hopeful for the US women’s rugby Olympic team she has always been acutely aware of physical wellness and has carried that into her yoga practice, focusing on healing through movement, alignment and environment.
Patricia Bruder DACM, LAc is a nationally certified East Asian Medical practitioner and holds state licensure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California. She believes that disease comes from improper balance between our bodies and our environment, and in regaining that balance we can heal. In addition to her Chinese medical training, Patricia is trained in Vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga, visceral manipulation and breathwork. All of which enhance the integration of treatments and help bring the body back into a balanced state. In her free time Patty enjoys spending time with loved ones, especially near the ocean.
Lindsay Rae-Mcarthy is a mother, traveler, ocean enthusiast, foodie, artist and yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga internationally for 9 years specializing in inversion workshops, gentle yoga classes and classes held outdoors amongst nature. She loves cooking and is passionate about healing through food and the art of food presentation. She has cheffed on boats in the Caribbean, United States and New Zealand. She continues to adventure with purpose to learn and share about living the healthiest happiest life possible.
